We have been using Bolis from PerformaNat for some time now and have achieved incredibly brilliant results. We have always had problems, especially with older cows developing milk fever, both clinical and subclinical, which can drag on for a long period of time into lactation. Older cows are already given their 2 CalciumBoli in the calving pen, so they are optimally supplied with calcium during and immediately after calving and there is no risk of them slipping into milk fever. And it works: we haven't had a downer cow for over half a year and the cows enter lactation better. It just makes things run more smoothly for us on the farm.
