Founded and managed by two women out of the free university of Berlin, PerformaNat stands for scientific expertise and pragmatic solutions.
Our vision: to support farmers in keeping their cows healthy and leading their farms successfully into the future. To achieve this, we develop innovative, scientifically based feed additives - especially for dairy cows. Our products help to effectively prevent metabolic diseases and infections - directly in the barn, very close to the animal.

That's what it's all about

Do you like the mix of coordination, customer contact and active involvement? As the central interface between customers, suppliers and our team, you not only ensure smooth processes, but also turn customers into real fans. With your flair for people, you turn conversations into sustainable success and help generate sales.

What do you do with us

• You process and manage our customer orders, including appointment and complaint management

• You prepare quotations and advise our customers on the phone - competently and reliably

• You contribute new ideas for webinars, campaigns and on-site events and support their implementation

• You maintain our customer data in the CRM system

• You are the central point of contact for our customers in the event of queries regarding order management

• You coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure the availability of goods

• You take on projects in the area of office management

What you bring to the table:

• You enjoy taking on organisational and administrative tasks

• Experience in telephone sales or customer service, or interested to familiarise yourself with this area and experience in working with CRM and ERP software is desirable

• Interest in animal health - specialist knowledge of agriculture, veterinary medicine or animal nutrition is a plus, but not a must

• You can listen and convince without "persuading". You have a good feel for people

• Whether you're a career changer or an industry professional - if you want to make a difference together, you've come to the right place.

• Very good written and spoken German

• Good written and spoken English is desirable

• Desire and interest in developing yourself further, both professionally and personally, because in our experience, this goes hand in hand
