Shipping and payment conditions

Shipping costs within Germany (net):

  • up to 5 kg 6,95€

  • 5 kg to 10 kg 7,80€

  • 10 kg to 20 kg 9,95€

  • 20 kg to 30 kg 15,95

 

Shipping abroad
For shipments outside Germany, we charge the actual shipping costs.
When placing your order, please ask about the shipping costs for international shipping, as these depend heavily on weight and destination country.

Delivery time
The delivery time within Germany is usually 2-3 working days. Deliveries abroad have correspondingly longer lead times.

Payment on account
Payment is due within 14 days, without any deductions.

Complaints
Any complaints due to incorrect delivery or transport damage must be reported immediately. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us simply and easily. Damaged consignments must be returned. Otherwise, our GTC apply.

Place of fulfilment and jurisdiction
The place of fulfilment and jurisdiction is Berlin; the goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
